نسعد بانضمامك لمجتمع مُستقَر، نؤمن أن نجاح علاقتنا بكم ركن أول لتحقيق الأهداف وضمان فعالية الخدمات المقدمة لذلك نحرص في مستقر على بناء سياسة عادلة تحفظ الحقوق والخصوصية المتبادلة بين الأطراف لتكون بذلك بيئة آمنة ومستدامة.

ساعات العمل |

من الأحد إلى الخميس من الساعة 9 صباحاً وحتى 9 مساءً، ويوم السبت من الساعة 10 صباحاً وحتى 5 مساءً.
يحق للأعضاء الذين لديهم اشتراكات تزيد عن 3 أشهر الدخول 24/7 وفقًا للشروط المتفق عليها.

السياسات العامة لاستخدام المرافق العامة |

الضوابط السلوكية:

الالتزام بالآداب العامة، والزي اللائق، واحترام التنوع الثقافي داخل المساحة.
يُمنع تشغيل المحتوى الصوتي بصوت مرتفع في المساحات المشتركة.
يُمنع التدخين في كافة أماكن ومرافق مستقر، وغرامة ذلك 500 ريال.
يحق لمستقر إلغاء أو تعليق العضوية وكذلك منع المستخدم من دخول مستقر في حال الاعتداء على أحد مستخدمي / موظفي مستقر لفظياً أو جسدياً أو بأي نوع من أنوع الاعتداء الحسي أو المعنوي – مع بقاء الحق القانوني والنظامي - لأصحابه في رد الاعتبار.
يُمنع استخدام المساحة في أي نشاط يخالف الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة – مع حق مستقر في الإبلاغ عن ذلك الاستخدام المخالف للجهات المختصة فور علمها بذلك.

الخصوصية والسرية والسلامة:

يُحترم خصوصية الجميع، ويُمنع تصوير الأشخاص أو المستندات دون إذن واضح.
سوء استخدام الكاميرا الشخصية داخل مُستقَر يفرض على المستخدم عقوبة قانونية.
يلتزم المستخدم باحترام خصوصية الجميع أثناء التصوير فلا يُظهر أي شخص لا يعلم أو لا يرغب بذلك.
يُمنع تسجيل الاجتماعات أو الفعاليات دون تصريح من جميع الأطراف المعنية.
يمنع استخدام شبكة الإنترنت لأغراض غير قانونية أو اختراقية.
يجب التعرف على مخارج الطوارئ وخطط الإخلاء.
يحتفظ "مستقر" بحق تفتيش أي أمتعة أو معدات عند الاشتباه بأمور تتعلق بالسلامة.
لا يتحمل مستقر مسؤولية فقدان أو سرقة أي ممتلكات شخصية.
يتحمل المستخدم كامل المسئولية عن تصرفاته أو تصرفات ضيوفه، بما في ذلك أي ضرر أو تلف قد يلحق بممتلكات مستقر نتيجة سوء الاستخدام، وفي حال حدوث أي تلف أو ضرر في المعدات أو الأجهزة أو المواد التابعة لمستقر، فيتحمل المستخدم كافة النفقات التي قد تلحق بإدارة مستقر لإصلاح تلك الأضرار

السياسات الخاصة بعضوية (المكتب الخاص) :

يتم دفع رسوم إيجار المكتب الخاص وفق الدفعات المحددة في عقد الإيجار.
يلتزم المستخدم بدفع تأمين بقيمة (5%) من قيمة العقد نقداً، يتم استردادها عند انتهاء الاشتراك وتسليم بطاقة الدخول والمكتب وفق الحاله التي كانت عليه.
كافة الرسوم المدفوعة والمتعلقة بهذه الخدمة غير مستردة.
لا يُسمح بتجميد الاشتراك في عضوية المكتب الخاص.

السياسات الخاصة بعضوية (المكتب المشترك) :

سياسة اختيار المكتب:

تحترم سياسة "مستقر" مبدأ المشاركة العادلة، ويُطلب من جميع المستخدمين الالتزام بالهدوء في المساحات المشتركة.
يمنع حجز طاولات العمل أو المكاتب المشتركة بشكل دائم أو ترك متعلقات لفترات طويلة دون استخدام.
تقوم عضوية المكتب المشترك على مبدأ (من يأتي أولاً )؛ لذا سيكون أولوية اختيار المكاتب المشتركة لمن يأتي أولاً كل يوم.
الأولوية في استخدام المساحات المشتركة حسب نظام الحجز الإلكتروني، ويُمنع تجاوز الوقت المحدد دون تنسيق.
يمكن للمستخدم طلب خدمة (تخصيص مكتب) لحجز المكتب المشترك طوال مدة عضويته وذلك بمقابل ( 190 ) ريال/ بالشهر)

سياسة الدفع والإلغاء والتأمين:

يتم دفع كامل رسوم خدمة المكتب المشترك مقدماً وفق الباقة المختارة.
لا يسمح بإلغاء الاشتراك، ولا استرداد المبالغ المتبقية في الاشتراك.
يُسمح بنقل العضوية من شخص لآخر؛ وذلك بعد دفع رسوم إدارية مقدارها ( 300 ) ريال وإكمال الإجراءات المطلوبة لذلك.
يلتزم المستخدم بدفع تأمين بقيمة (200) ريال نقداً، يتم استردادها عند انتهاء الاشتراك وتسليم بطاقة الدخول والتأكد من عدم وجود أي ضرر في المرافق نتيجة الاستخدام، وتسليم مفتاح الخزائن الشخصية –في حال استخدامه.

سياسة تجميد العضوية:

تسمح سياسة مستقر بتجميد عضوية المكاتب المشتركة وفقاً للبيان التالي:

عضوية شهر - شهرين: لا يسمح بتجميد العضوية.
عضوية 3- 6 أشهر: تجميد (14) يوم "يتاح التجميد مره واحدة فقط "
عضوية 10 - 7 أشهر: تجميد 28)) يوم "يتاح التجميد على مرتين "

عضوية 11-12 شهر: تجميد 60)) يوم "يتاح التجميد على ثلاث مرات "

سياسات الخاصة بالمرور المرن |

يخضع نظام المرور المرن للحجز المسبق وذلك للتأكد من التوفر.
يتم المرور خلال أوقات العمل الرسمية.
كافة الرسوم المدفوعة والمتعلقة بهذه الخدمة غير مستردة.

السياسات الخاصة بحجز المساحات:

سياسة الدفع والإلغاء:

يتم تأكيد الحجز بعد دفع مبلغ الحجز كاملاً.
يتم استرداد 50% من قيمة الحجز، عند إلغاء الحجز قبل (10) أيام من تاريخ الحدث.
لا يتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع في حال تم الإلغاء خلال 10 أيام من تاريخ الحدث، ويبقى المبلغ كرصيد يمكن استخدامه خلال سنة من تاريخ الإلغاء.

سياسة التأمين:

يتم دفع تأمين بقيمة (100- 500 ريال) نقداً قبل بداية الحدث، يتم استرداده عند انتهاء الحدث وتسليم المساحة المحجوزة خالية من الشواغل وبالحالة التي كانت عليها.
يحق لمستقر خصم جزء أو كامل مبلغ التأمين في الحالات التالية:
عند عدم تسليم المساحة في الوقت المحدد بحيث يتم احتساب قيمة ساعة كاملة بعد مضي ربع ساعة على انتهاء وقت الحدث.
عند إحداث أي تلف أو ضرر في المساحة المحجوزة، سواء من خلال المستخدم أو أحد ضيوفه – مع بقاء الحق لمستقر في استيفاء قيمة أي أضرار أخرى لا يغطيها التأمين.

سياسة استخدام المساحة المحجوزة:

يلتزم المستخدم وضيوفه بالحدث الذي تم الاتفاق عليه أثناء حجز المساحة.
يلتزم المستخدم بعدم استخدام اسم مستقر، إلا في حالات التنسيق المباشر والموافقة المسبقة "المكتوبة" من إدارة مستقر.
يتحمل المستخدم المسؤولية الكاملة عن محتوى وأنشطة الحدث المُقام في المساحة المحجوزة ولا تتحمل مستقر أو أياً من العاملين فيها أي مسؤولية عن ذلك.
يُمنع ادخال أي ملصقات أو معدات دون التنسيق المسبق مع إدارة مستقر، كما يلتزم المستخدم بإزالة أي ملصقات أو معدات -سُمح بها- بعد انتهاء الحدث مباشرة.
يلتزم المستخدم وضيوفه باستخدام المساحة المحجوزة فقط، والمرافق العامة كدورة المياه.
يلتزم المستخدم وضيوفه بالمحافظة على مستوى صوت معتدل وعدم إزعاج الآخرين واحترام خصوصيتهم.
عند الرغبة في تصوير أو توثيق الحدث يلتزم المستخدم بتبليغ إدارة مستقر، مع أحقيه إدارة مستقر بمراجعة المحتوى الموثق قبل النشر.

السياسات الخاصة بإدخال الزوار:

يمنع دخول الزوار غير المسجلين دون تنسيق مسبق مع الإدارة أو العضو المضيف إلا في حالات ( الجولات الاستكشافية و الاستفسار عن الخدمات من قبل خدمة العملاء )
يُسمح لأعضاء المكاتب الخاصة بعد التنسيق مع إدارة مستقر باستقبال الضيوف مجاناً لمدة ربع ساعة، وفي حال الزيادة يتم حساب مرور ساعة، أو خصم تلك الساعات من رصيد غرفة الاجتماعات –إن وجد.
يُسمح لأعضاء المكاتب المشتركة (عضوية ٣ أشهر وأكثر) بعد التنسيق مع إدارة مستقر باستقبال الضيوف مجاناً لمدة ربع ساعة، وفي حال الزيادة يتم حساب مرور ساعة.

Therefore, we at MUSTQR are committed to creating a fair policy that preserves the mutual rights and privacy between all parties, ensuring a safe and sustainable environment.

Working Hours

Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Members with subscriptions longer than 3 months are entitled to 24/7 access based on agreed terms.

General Policies for Using Shared Facilities

Code of Conduct

Members must adhere to public etiquette, appropriate attire, and respect for cultural diversity within the space.
Playing audio at a high volume in shared areas is not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas and facilities of Mustqr. A violation incurs a fine of SAR 500.
Mustqr reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership and deny access if a user verbally, physically, or otherwise assaults another user or employee—while preserving the legal right of the affected party to take further action.
The space must not be used for any activity that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mustqr reserves the right to report any violations to the authorities upon discovery.

Privacy, Confidentiality, and Safety

Privacy is respected at all times. Taking photos of individuals or documents without clear permission is prohibited.
Misuse of personal cameras inside Mustqr will result in legal consequences.
Users must respect others’ privacy when taking photos and avoid capturing individuals who do not wish to be photographed.
Recording meetings or events is not allowed without consent from all involved parties.
Using the internet for illegal or hacking activities is strictly prohibited.
Users must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and evacuation plans.
Mustqr reserves the right to inspect any luggage or equipment if safety concerns arise.
Mustqr is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Users are fully responsible for their actions and those of their guests, including any damage caused to Mustqr property due to misuse. Any damage to equipment or materials must be compensated by the user, covering the full cost of repair.

Private Office Membership Policies

Office rent is paid in accordance with the payment schedule in the lease agreement.
A refundable security deposit of 5% of the contract value must be paid in cash and will be returned upon the end of the membership and return of the office and access card in their original condition.
All fees paid for this service are non-refundable.
Subscription freezing is not allowed for private office memberships.

Shared Desk Membership Policies

Desk Selection Policy

Mustqr upholds a fair-use principle and expects users to maintain a quiet atmosphere in shared areas.
Reserving shared desks or leaving personal items unattended for long periods is not allowed.
Shared desk usage follows a “first come, first served” basis.
Priority in using shared spaces is based on the online booking system, and exceeding the reserved time without prior coordination is prohibited.
Users may request a “desk reservation” service to secure a shared desk for the full duration of their membership at an additional SAR 190/month.

Payment, Cancellation, and Deposit Policy

Full payment for the shared desk service must be made in advance according to the selected package.
Cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be given for unused subscription periods.
Membership transfer to another person is allowed after paying an administrative fee of SAR 300 and completing the required procedures.
A refundable cash deposit of SAR 200 must be paid and will be returned at the end of the membership, upon return of the access card, confirmation of no damage to facilities, and return of the locker key (if used).

Membership Freezing Policy

1–2 month membership: Freezing not allowed
3–6 month membership: 14 days freezing (one-time only)
7–10 month membership: 28 days freezing (split into two periods)
11–12 month membership: 60 days freezing (split into three periods)

Flexible Access Policy

Flexible access is subject to prior booking to ensure availability.
Access is limited to official working hours.
All fees paid for this service are non-refundable.

Space Reservation Policies

Payment and Cancellation Policy

% of the reservation fee will be refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 10 days before the event date.
If canceled within 10 days of the event, the paid amount is non-refundable but will be credited for future use within one year from the cancellation date.

Security Deposit Policy

A security deposit between 100 - 500 SAR must be paid in cash before the event starts and will be refunded upon returning the reserved space in its original condition.
MUSTQR has the right to deduct part or all of the deposit in the following cases:
If the space is not vacated on time: a full hour will be charged if the delay exceeds 15 minutes.
If any damage occurs to the reserved space caused by the user or any of their guests — in addition to MUSTQR’s right to claim compensation for any damages beyond the deposit amount.

Reserved Space Usage Policy

The user and their guests must adhere to the agreed event purpose during space usage.
The user must not use MUSTQR’s name unless with written pre-approval from MUSTQR’s management.
The user is fully responsible for the event’s content and activities. MUSTQR and its staff hold no liability for any content presented.
No stickers or equipment may be brought into the space without prior coordination. Any approved items must be removed immediately after the event.
Users and their guests are limited to the reserved area and shared facilities like restrooms.
Users and their guests must keep noise levels moderate and respect the privacy of others.
If there is a plan to photograph or document the event, MUSTQR’s management must be informed and reserves the right to review the content before publication.

Visitor Entry Policies

Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior coordination with management or the hosting member, except for (exploratory tours or service inquiries handled by customer service).
Members with private offices may receive guests for 15 minutes free of charge after coordinating with MUSTQR. Additional time will be counted as one hour or deducted from meeting room credit (if available).
Members with shared office memberships (3 months and above) may also receive guests for 15 minutes free of charge after coordination. Additional time will be billed as one hour.

Meetings & Workshops Policies

All fees paid for tickets and workshop registrations are non-refundable
